SHIPPING

Dispatch Times

We will endeavour to ship orders placed before 1pm on the same day.  They are mailed DPD or Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for (1 to 2 working days).  Your Alex Black Collection purchase will arrive in a non-branded white envelope.

If you need your order next day express delivery, or to arrive on a certain day, or would like us to delay postage please email us at payments@alexblackcollection.com.  We will always try our hardest to meet your needs.

If you need your purchase the next day, there will be an extra charge of £8 for next day delivery.

If you have paid via PayPal please leave 1-2 days for the transaction to clear, if you need next day delivery on your order please contact us directly and we can make arrangements.  Transit times are always given in working days, and can be subject to customs delays.

For international orders we use DHL Express who give complete peace of mind with their tracked service. Please provide your mobile number when prompted at the checkout, as this will ensure that you receive delivery information and additional options via SMS as well as email.

UK – FREE DELIVERY

We currently deliver free of charge across the UK with DPD or Royal Mail tracked.  1 to 2 working days.

If you need your purchase next day, please contact us at payments@alexblackcollection.com to arrange this.  There will be an extra charge of £8 for next day delivery.

EUROPE

Orders will be sent via DHL, 4 to 5 working days – £18 – £20.  

There is also an option for an express courier.  Please email payments@alexblackcollection.com if you would like express delivery.

Shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

USA

DHL 3 to 4 working days –  £25. 

Shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

AUSTRALIA

DHL 4 to 5 working days – £25.

REST OF THE WORLD

DHL Approximately 4 to 5 working days – £36.

Shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

For customers outside the EU, please note that the website displays the price incl VAT. Please contact us once your order has been processed and we will immediately refund you the VAT%.

Please note deliveries to the United States, Australia, New Zealand and other international territories are not a Delivery Duty Paid service. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Delivery Duty Paid services to these regions. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order. RETURNS

We really hope that you’re happy with your new purchase, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite the perfect fit.  Please contact us to initiate your exchange or return at payments@alexblackcollection.com

You can return any unworn items to us within 14 days for a refund, or within 28 days for an exchange.   All items must be unworn and with the original packaging. Once you have notified us, you have 14 working days to return your item from the date you received the parcel.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with any Alex Black Collection labels intact and still attached.

We suggest goods be sent back to us using a registered/trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred. Nor do we cover the charge for returns/exchanges to be sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty.

We do not refund UK returns, but exchanges will be delivered free of charge. For international customers we will charge a delivery fee to send out an exchange item. Returns will be processed within 4 working days.

If your return is received outside of the 28 days period Alex Black Collection reserve the right to refuse the return. If the return is accepted then a credit note will be offered to the value of the return and will be valid for 6 months.

FAULTY GOODS

Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. We take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before dispatching. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.

If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred at the time of sale. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.

If the goods ordered are faulty, please contact our customer service team via email at info@alexblackcollection.com or +44 7500 335 381 to initiate your return.   We suggest goods be sent back to us using a registered/trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit.

If they are then accepted as faulty by us, Alex Black Collection will pay the cost of return postage or reimburse the cost of postage.

This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty.
